This battery is free of defects in material and workmanship for 24 months or as indicated otherwise.

Any damaged battery you receive during shipping must be reported to Chrome Battery within ten (10) days.

You may be responsible for return shipping if:

• You purchased your battery without using our fitment tool or recommendations
• If the battery is not defective
• Bought by mistake or no longer needed
• If the battery is defective after the first 60 days
